These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a legal agreement between you and Syncoville Global Limited ("Syncoville", "we", "us", or "our") governing your use of syncoville.com (the "Website") and any enquiry, form submission, or referral you make through it. By using the Website, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website.
You may browse the Website and submit enquiries, contact forms, or referrals for lawful purposes only. You agree not to use the Website to transmit anything unlawful, harmful, fraudulent, or abusive, to attempt unauthorised access to our systems, or to interfere with the Website's normal operation, including by introducing malware or attempting to overload our servers.
Unless otherwise stated, all content on the Website — including text, graphics, logos, images, and code — is the property of Syncoville Global Limited or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may view and print pages from the Website for your own personal, non-commercial reference. You may not reproduce, republish, or distribute any part of the Website for commercial purposes without our prior written consent.
The Website describes the web design, web development, custom software, and digital services Syncoville offers, including example pricing, timelines, and project outcomes. This information is provided as a general guide and is not, by itself, an offer that creates a binding contract.
A specific engagement — including final scope, pricing, deliverables, and timeline — is only confirmed once both parties sign a separate proposal, quote, or service agreement. Where any term on the Website conflicts with a signed agreement for a specific project, the signed agreement governs.
Our Refer & Earn program lets you earn a 7% commission on the total value of any project that results from a referral you make to us. Participation in the program is subject to these additional conditions:
A referral is only confirmed once the referred business or contact signs an agreement with Syncoville and pays the agreed deposit.
Commission is calculated on the total contract value of the confirmed project, not the deposit amount alone, and is paid within 7 days of deposit receipt.
A referral must convert into a signed, paid engagement within 90 days of introduction to qualify for commission.
You must have a genuine relationship with, or reasonable basis for introducing, the business or person you refer. Submitting your own contact details, or referring a business you do not have a legitimate connection to, disqualifies the referral.
Syncoville reserves the right to decline, adjust, or withhold commission on a referral it reasonably believes was made fraudulently, in bad faith, or in breach of these Terms.
Syncoville may modify, suspend, or end the Refer & Earn program at any time, with reasonable notice to participants who have an active, pending referral.
When you submit a contact enquiry or a referral, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate to the best of your knowledge, and that you have the right to share any third-party contact details you submit (for example, the person or business you are referring). You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you give us, and we are not liable for any consequence of inaccurate or incomplete information you provide.
The Website may contain links to third-party websites, such as client projects or social media profiles. We do not control and are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of any third-party website. Visiting a linked website is at your own risk and subject to that website's own terms.
The Website and its content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Syncoville makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Website's availability, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose, and will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of the Website. This clause does not limit any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law, and does not apply to obligations set out in a signed service agreement for a specific project, which is governed by the terms of that agreement.
You agree to indemnify and hold Syncoville harmless from any claim, loss, or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your misuse of the Website, your breach of these Terms, or your submission of information that infringes the rights of, or is inaccurate about, a third party.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Website will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Nigeria, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rights you may have under the law of your own country.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the Website after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
